I have never successfully harvested cilantro, as an annual tradition I planted seeds again this year and once again – it bolted after making about 3 leaves. How do they grow it???

I don’t get it either. I’m not sure why I keep trying so hard when I can buy it for next to nothing at the store. Considering how hard it is to grow, you’d think we’d be paying a premium to buy it. Shhhh, maybe no one will figure it out!
